Questions and answers about our Online-Shop.

Availibility:

The Wiha Online-Shop is currently available in the UK

Selection of items:

You have various options for obtaining your desired item(s):

Click through the Catalogue Navigator down the left side of the screen
Enter the product name or – if known – the item number in the search field (top left)
Use our product finder: select your desired product properties and you will see immediately which Wiha items might be appropriate for you. You can obtain further information about the product finder here.

Then add the desired quantity on the relevant product page and click the shopping cart icon. The item is then saved into your shopping basket.

Order process:

Once you have selected your item(s), click the " Shopping Cart" menu. You can then view your entire order.

Once all items are correct, click "Checkout" to conclude your order.

Please note: A minimum order volume of £15.- applies.

Registration:

To order from the Wiha Online-Shop, you must first register.

To do this, click "I am a new customer in the Wiha Online-Shop and want to register", fill in the form and then select a password. With your e-mail address and password, you can log into the shop directly in future.

Payment:

You can pay for your order by credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Payment is made by our partner, Telecash. Your credit card details are encrypted in this process using a highly secure 128-bit SSL connection.

Our service to you: Wiha will handle all credit card charges arising from foreign transactions (payment and delivery within Germany).

VAT / sales tax:

No VAT is applicable to corporate customers, provided that they quote their VAT number.

With private customers we are legally obliged to apply VAT at the German rate of 19%.

Our service to you: For this reason, you will receive a 3.5% discount on all goods ordered – i.e. you effectively just pay your country’s typical rate of VAT.

Dispatch costs:

Dispatch costs of £4.95 plus VAT 19% are added to each order (=£5.89).

Dispatch:

Goods are dispatched from Germany, at the present time only to the United Kingdom.

Reliability is one of basic principles – we are committed to being there for you! Anything you order from our Online-Shop by 12 a.m. is sent out on the same day.
