"Measurably more Wiha" at the International Hardware Fair Cologne

Hand tool manufacturer Wiha is looking forward to meeting visitors in Cologne and, along with the latest highlights, will be showing a range of new system, product and POS solutions

Showtime for Wiha: After their last trade fair appearance in 2018, the hand tool manufacturer is now pleased to finally be able to present their latest product range live on site again to the visitors of the International Hardware Fair. With a new stand in an even larger area, Wiha will show "more systems, more product range innovations, more POS concepts – simply more of everything", as the company announces – and with so much delight after the long break that four days are actually not enough, according to Sven Wilde, Head of Marketing.

This year's new product highlights include the new range of measuring devices, which covers a whole spectrum of applications and, with the largest measuring range on the market, also addresses the growth markets of eMobility and photovoltaics. From new voltage and continuity testers to digital multimeters and measuring callipers: With a total of 8 new products in the typical red and yellow Wiha design, users can purchase hand tool systems and measuring devices "from a single source" – and at the well known Wiha quality standard. In parallel with a comprehensive marketing and communication package as well as a variety of POS solutions, this is also expected to bring "measurable" advantages to retailers.

The PocketMax® screwdrivers, which were launched on the market in spring, are also on board. These pocket-sized magazine bit holder screwdrivers are practical everyday companions and, according to the manufacturer, have the potential to become "basic equipment" in professionals shirt or trouser pockets, alongside smartphones and pencils. Ideal as a take-away product at the POS, the lightweights were developed to meet user needs and satisfy a specific demand for a Multitool in a small format.

Visitors will also be able to experience the large number of new system and product range solutions live, especially the Wiha "Five Star Systems". Wilde says: "The decision to bundle classic C-products – e.g. individual pliers or screwdrivers – into larger A-products in well thought out systems and ranges results in benefits not only for the professional user. Retailers benefit just as much – in terms of margins, processing effort and consulting. From small and large screwdriving systems to the fully equipped case such as the tool case set XXL III, a huge range of applications and needs is covered, so that customers from a wide variety of industries can be individually advised and served.

In addition to further innovations, e-screwdriver speedE® II electric is also awaiting its trade fair debut, after its predecessor speedE® I electric won the EISEN AWARD in 2018.

"The world looks completely different since 2018 – and so do we. We look forward to showing our new profile to our visitors," Sven Wilde concludes. Visit Wiha at stand F3/E4 in hall 10.1.
